15. I just wanted to keep my word and send a picture of our Great Dane/English Mastiff mix. His name is Boozer. He is a wonderful dog and very good with children and people. He also loves our other dogs. As you know, we also have the 18 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees, that we got from you as a pup, named Maggie. She is doing great as well. Maggie is now about 140 lbs. and Boozer is 7 months old and is already taller than Maggie. He probably weighs around 100 lbs.

"I bought one of your Great Pyrenees/English Mastiff pups from your Feb. 6h 2007 litter and I wanted to let you know how much I love this breed and love my puppy who is now almost 100 pounds at 7 months and doing great.   We just came back from Alaska .   We took Rooger with us to hunting camp.   My husband guides there and I cook.   We were there for 2 months and our puppy did so good.   He made friends with everyone in camp.   We had to fly him in to camp in a two seater cub plane.   He did really good, he slept the entire flight to camp.   We also drove to Alaska , he is a very good travelling dog.   Anyways, I just wanted to update you and thank you again for such an amazing animal."

22. Just a quick update on King.  He has adjusted very well and is such a smart guy.   He can sit and shake paws when asked and is already going in and out of the doggy door by himself to go potty. He is such a big baby and very much loved.
    
23. Please put us on the waiting list for your next litter.  We love Thor and think a housemate will be a great addition.  Thor is now a 200 lb. puppy!  He has been a joy from day one.

Kenai is a MastiffxPyrenees from your litter last year.  We haven't weighed him recently but I am sure he is over 120 lbs. at 11 months.  He's 32 inches at the shoulder and is as sweet as he is big.  He doesn't bark a tenth of the amount our Pyrenees before him did. Instead he does this squeaky yap when he wants back inside.  It's almost like he is saying "please".  When he was 6 months old we had a family portrait done and included him.  The photographer came to the house and earned his money trying to photograph two adults, an 8 year old, a 3 year old and an 8 month baby, plus a 6 month old puppy. Kenai was the only one that sat still and looked at the camera each time!  And there weren't any treats involved either..  He is just that good!  He is terrific with the kids and has even begun to help me pick up any toys that are left out and put them back in the toy box.  His natural behavior was to bring stray toys to me, and I just capitalized on that by standing next to the toy box and telling hime to "drop it".  A couple of days after that I saw him pick up a toy and go stand next to the box like he was thinking "Well someboy needs to open the lid, my mouth is full".  Thanks again for such a remarkable dog.  He is truly wonderful and a dear member of our family.

Just a quick update.  Our pup had his first Vet visit yesterday and the doctor was impressed at how healthy and nice he is.  He said just looking at him he would have guessed he was purebred Mastiff.  He is such a smart, adorable puppy and so far hasn't chewed on anything but his toys.  We just love him to death.  Thank you so much for such a "fun" friend. 
    
26. Hi Barbara, I just wanted to send a message and tell you how much we love our dog. Two years ago I picked up a Mastiff/Pyrenees puppy and named him Maverick. He is adorable and there is not one day that we don't thoroughly enjoy him. He has the best disposition and is amazing with people and other dogs. My husband calls him a "gentle giant". Coincidentally, I also just met (another man) who also has the same breed puppy that he got from you. He too loves his dog and says it is the best dog he has ever had. I just wanted to thank you for trusting us with one of your puppies.
    
27. am sure you're wondering how “the baby” is doing after his long flight, so I thought I'd shoot you an email to allay any worries you may have. He has settled down very well. Honestly Barbara, we want to thank you and your husband. Thumper is such a wonderful addition to our family. We are all just thrilled to death that he's here. He's such a good boy, too! I can't believe how well he's doing potty training, too!
    
28. I don't know where the year has gone! But I wanted to share more photos of our sweet big puppy with our almost two year old daughter. As you can see they just adore each other. Kenai is from your Christmas 2007 litter. He's 152 lbs of pure sweetness. We all truly enjoy his companionship, whether it's playing in the yard with him or letting him sleep on my feet while I'm at the computer in the evenings. He makes a good foot-warmer. I am really enjoying watching him get excited about the cool weather. He bounces and bounds around in circles like he can hardly contain himself when we let him out in the morning. He is just priceless. Thank you!

I went to a pet shop to get her a cushion for her dog bed and also a toy dog for her sleeping companion. Who am I kidding? She and I will be sharing the same bed for heaven knows how long!
